Dark Chocolate ganache:

  • 25 grams fresh cream
  • 50 grams dark chocolate
  • White chocolate ganache:
  • 25 grams fresh lotion
  • 50 grams white delicious chocolate

For truffles:

  • Some white delicious chocolate
  • Some dark chocolate
  • Sprinkles of your selection


  • Cut the chocolate into little items.
  • To prepare chocolate ganache, warm the fresh cream in a pan.
  • When the cream begins to boil, pour it over the chocolate and continually stir to thaw the delicious chocolate completely.
  • After all the delicious chocolate has melted, pop it in the refrigerator to establish for around thirty minutes.
  • The same technique is for white delicious chocolate ganache.
  • For the truffles, thaw some dark delicious chocolate as well as white chocolate independently using double boiler.
  • Take a silicon truffle mould. Put some sprays at the base of each dental caries.
  • Put a spoon of white or dark delicious chocolate in each tooth cavity as well as pop in the refrigerator.
  • When this delicious chocolate collections, coat the sides of cavity with delicious chocolate and allow it establish for some 15-20 minutes.
